The Types of Way Covers
“Way covers” is a catch-all term for a wide variety of products including folded welded way covers, sewn way covers, and other way cover formats.
Folded Welded Way Covers
These way covers consist of a coated fabric material that has been folded into a rectangular shape and then welded together. They are durable, cost-effective, and provide excellent protection. Internal PVC supports are included in the cover and the supports are welded to the material. The welding is cleaner looking and has no holes puncturing it. The way covers are fluid resistant and are sealed on three out of the four sides.
Folded Sewn Way Covers
Combining clean pleats with the strength of sewn convolutions, our folded sewn way covers are perfect for applications needing durability and flexibility. Using high-quality nylon or specialty threads, these covers withstand harsh operating conditions while maintaining their structural integrity.
Fully Sewn Way Covers
